The Hague hears another issue against Israel in what the Israeli challenge test might be.
The International Court of Justice is holding hearings this week to determine the responsibilities that Israel bears to ensure that aid gets the Palestinians in its lands.
But Israel has shown in the past that it has no problem ignoring international rulings or judgments in court.
So, will any of these decisions an impact on 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza are struggling to find food in an Israeli siege now that has now continued for nearly two months?
