West Ham was accused of the FA after the homosexual fan

The Football Association from West Ham was accused of alleged gay cheering by its supporters during the match last month against Chelsea.

The hammers were beaten 2-1 by the Blues in Stamford Bridge at the beginning of February, when the Federation claimed that the club “failed to ensure that the spectators were not behaved in an inappropriate, offensive, inappropriate or inappropriate way by referring to the sexual orientation.”

The news includes a few turbulent days on the field. It is understood that the session related to the bet in Lucas Paqueta began last week, as it was reported, the Union seeks to prohibit a lifetime for the Brazilian.

The session is believed to last for three weeks, making it one of the longest court actions in the history of the Federation.

Paqueta was charged with four -matches in the Premier League, against Leicester in November 2022, Aston Villa in March 2023, Leeds in May 2023 and Bournemouth last August.

The 27 -year -old did not put any bets. Stakes concerned – about 60 years of relatively small risk – may be believed by friends and family.

Paqueta denies any violations, but the Federation’s accusations from 2024 stated that the midfielder tried to “influence progress or behavior or any other aspect of aspects or occurrence in these matches by seeking intentionally to receive a card from the referee for an inappropriate purpose of affecting the betting market in order to obtain one or more of the profit from the bet.”

Paqueta was also accused of two violations of the FA F3 base regarding the alleged failure of compliance according to the FA F2 base, which relates to providing information and documents.

“I am very surprised and annoyed that the FA decided to ship me,” Bukita said in a statement issued at the time of the charges.

“For nine months, I collaborated with each of the investigations and provided all the information I can.

“I denied the charges in its entirety and I will fight with every breath to cleanse my name. Because of the ongoing process, I will not make any other comment.”
