Wes Anderson, Richard Linclter, Ari Aster to compete at the 2025 Festival Festival Festival

The Festival Festival Festival Festival was unveiled on Thursday morning, and includes a mixture of Familiar names in the competition Besides some relative arrivals.

In all, 19 films were announced to compete in the 78th edition of the festival, although festivals organizers often add an additional title or two before the opening of the ceremony in May.

Earlier this week, festivals organizers confirmed that Tom Cruise would return to Createit with “Mission: Impossible – Reckoning”, although they said the film would appear outside the competition. Cruise was awarded the Honorary Award in 2022 when his movie “Top Gun: Maverick” was shown at the Cannes Festival that year.

The organizers also announced that the actor Robert De Niro will give Bali or during the opening ceremony.

This year’s festival extends from May 13 to 24.
