In the opening session of Business Today Mindrush, the most famous personal coach, lifestyle and Swami Gaur Gopal Das highlighted the decisive importance of mind management, especially in today’s rapid world. He compared a troubled mind with a turbulent lake – without stillness, as there is no clarity. He said in times of fluctuations, uncertainty, complex and mysterious times (VUCA), mental and emotional flexibility becomes necessary to make sound decisions.

“Today, everything we do in all the decisions we make, very critically and more important on the basis of stability and calmness of our minds, whether it is a commercial decision or a personal decision without clarity, it is very difficult to see the way forward. When our decisions and actions are aligned correctly and this is exactly the reason why I feel that the mind is a very crucial element.”

In addressing the discussion about long working hours (70-90 hours/week), Swami Gore Jobal Das said that Hustle has his place, but not at the expense of exhaustion. He pointed to the need for occupational luxury, which includes emotional, mental and physical health-not just financial growth. He said that the leaders should create cultures where comfort, balance and recovery are evaluated.

A story from World War II participated in clarifying the strength of the perspective: the difference between the emotional response to the challenges in exchange for approaching them with rationality that can mean survival and growth.

To deal with uncertainty, six S:

Statistics – a historical perspective that shows that we wear.

Results Panel – Thinking about the previous personal challenges that you overcome.

Strategy – Focus on controlled.

Support – Look for mentors and emotional support.

Enhance purpose – anchor yourself in the sense.

Spirituality-Use of vigilance to keep calm and clear.

Everyone has been closed to listen to their inner voice amid noise, with emphasis on balance, not extremism, as a key to sustainable success.
