Hey, guys! Do you like? Rayman? Do you like? Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon game? Do you wish they would make a new one? Rayman or Blood dragon game? Well, you’ve gotten your wish (sort of) if you’re willing to give your wish a lot of leeway and a little money. Journalist Stephen Totilo The newsletter reported that Ubisoft has secretly released a new Web3 game with NFTs featuring Captain Laserhawk from Blood dragon A spin-off animated series on Netflix and Rayman (who hasn’t appeared in a proper new adventure in years).

It feels like a generic top-down shooter set in a bright neon future world Blood dragon universe. You compete in an arena-style blood sport where achieving the most kills leads to victory. Totilo describes it as “the simplest top-down shooter imaginable.”

You will need a Niji Warrior NFT to play the game. Totilo reported that Ubisoft offered 10,000 of its private NFTs for free with some Web3 transaction fees earlier this month. The Niji Warrior NFT acts as a kind of ID card, and if you miss out on the chance to get one for free, you’ll have to pay at least $14.38 (0.0022 in Ethereum, according to ) Just to get into the game.

And to add digital insult to injury, Rayman is serving as an announcer for these future wrestling death matches. Rayman appears in the game but you won’t even get to play as the game’s scheming and cartoonish hero. He’s forced to be Marv Albert in a bloodthirsty cryptocurrency takeover.

There’s only one compelling reason to play the game: you won’t need to put in much effort to get to the leaderboard. Totilo said he reached the top 10 on the global leaderboard — a leaderboard that showed fewer than 100 players. I wouldn’t call the game a runaway hit just yet.

This isn’t the first time Ubisoft has quietly released a Web3-based game to capitalize on the NFT craze that has faded in popularity for years. Ubisoft Quartz has released a tactical RPG In October, players can purchase NFTs for up to $6,300.
