Since the attack launched by Hamas on October 7 last year, about 350,000 Israeli reserve soldiers have been called up to fight. The ongoing fighting, now entering the 14-month mark, has left its mark on Israeli forces as more and more suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. Some soldiers, struggling to cope with the horrors of war, seek equine therapy to help heal from the trauma they have experienced. Reporting by Claire Duhamel and Noga Tarnopolski.
