Trump asks us for the Supreme Court to prevent an order to remove the man

The administration of President Donald Trump asked the Supreme Court to prevent the minimum court order that requires a man who was deported to El Salvador to the United States.

Federal judge in Maryland The government ruled Kilmar Abrago Garcia should be repeated by Monday night. The matter was supported by the Court of Appeal on Monday.

The government said that Mr. Garcia was deported on March 15 because of an “administrative error”, although they are also claiming to be a member of the MS-13 gang, which his lawyer denies.

Mr. Garcia, 29, entered the United States illegally in adolescence. The judge granted him deportation protection in 2019.

His wife, Jennifer Vasquiz, Surah, is an American citizen and called for his release.

Their lawyer, Simon Sandoval-Moushnberg, called for the deportation of Mr. Garika, “equivalent to forced expulsion.”

Last week, the American boycott judge, Paula Shenis, launched the Trump administration’s lawyer during a deportation session.

The lawyer of the Ministry of Justice, Eris Revini, told her that Mr. Garcia “should not be removed.”

During the weekend, US Public Prosecutor Bam Bondi announced Mr. Ruvenini-who is an inventor of warriors at the Ministry of Justice for 15 years-on a paid administrative vacation for her failure to “defense with enthusiasm on behalf of the United States.”

In her opinion on Sunday, Judge Shinis found that the United States government had acted “without any legal authority” and she maintained Mr. Garcia “without legal basis” in “direct violation” of American law.

The Trump administration escalated the case to the Court of Appeal in the state of Maryland, which refused their request to stay on the order of Judge Shinis.

The question now goes to the Supreme Court – just hours before the deadline for Judge Shinis to return Mr. Garcia by 23:59 EST Monday evening (03:59 GMT on Tuesday).

The Trump administration described this deadline as “arbitrary – and impossible.”

They ask the Supreme Court to grant a “minimum, immediate administrative residence”, which would temporarily cut the order of Judge Shinis to return Mr. Garcia to the United States.
