The Ministry of Health in Lebanon says that an Israeli air strike on the southern outskirts of Beirut has killed at least three people, as less than fragile pressure between Israel and the Lebanese Armed Group Hezbollah.

The attack was the second in the area known as Dahieh, where Hezbollah has a strong presence in recent days, despite the truce that entered into force in November.

The Israeli army said it had targeted Hezbollah’s work, which helped Hamas to plan an attack against Israeli civilians. There was no reaction from Hezbollah.

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun condemned the strike, describing him as a dangerous warning.

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said it was a “strict violation” of the ceasefire.

The strike occurred in the middle of the night, without warning, and pictures of the scene were exposed to destroying the first three floors of a residential building.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israeli Security Agency (ISA) said in a statement that the army had a strike in the shrewd.

The Israeli army said that it had targeted the Hezbollah worker “recently directed Hamas agents and helped them plan an important and imminent terrorist attack against Israeli civilians.”

“Because of the immediate threat,” the army said it was “act to eliminate it and remove the threat.” The army added that “it will continue to work to prevent any threat posed by civilians in the State of Israel.”

Last Friday, Israel carried out its first attack on Beirut since it entered into force, which put an end to more than 13 months of conflict with Hezbollah, and the militia backed by Iranian and the political movement.

the The Israeli army said it had hit the unmanned aircraft storage unit used by Hezbollah After two missiles were launched from southern Lebanon to northern Israel.

Hezbollah said that it had no involvement in the missile attack and remained committed to a ceasefire, and no other armed group demanded responsibility.

Despite the deal, Israel has carried out near daily weather strikes on people and the targets that it says are linked to Hezbollah, saying it is behaving to prevent Hezbollah from renewing. The government of Lebanon says that these attacks and the hours of Israeli soldiers in five locations in southern Lebanon are violations of Indian.

Hezbollah launched its campaign the day after Hamas attacks on southern Israel on October 7, 2023, saying it was acting in solidarity with the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The conflict has long escalated and led to an intense Israeli air campaign throughout Lebanon, and a ground invasion of southern Lebanon.

The attack was killed about 4000 people in Lebanon – including many civilians – and led to the displacement of more than 1.2 million people.

The declared goal of Israel in its war against Hezbollah was to allow the return of about 60,000 residents who were displaced from societies in the north of the country due to the group’s attacks, and to remove it from the regions along the border.
