The emotional LinkedIn post of a job seeker in Bangaluru sparked a wave of online support after opening nearly three years of unemployment, isolation and emotional exhaustion.

What caught the immediate attention is a picture of the man, Prashanth Haridas, with the word “Rip” through it – an amazing image that accompanied his heartfelt observation about the invisible feeling in the labor market.

“Thank you, LinkedIn, for everything. Thank you, industry leaders, for shadows and ignore me,” Haridas wrote, sharing how repeated efforts, greeting expenses for interviews, and strong recommendations that I left without work or hope.

In his post, Haridas also apologized to the people who felt that he was let down, including a person named Chandini. He was reflected in his struggles to rebuild his life and relationships, which confirms the mental losses that prolonged unemployment took on him.
