US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced on March 10 that Washington will reduce 83 % of international aid projects funded by the United States Agency for International Development. The decision is already serious repercussions. In southern Mexico, Swiss NGOs warned the world’s doctors that they may soon have to stop operations, leaving thousands of immigrants without critical medical care. France 24 in Mexico reports.
