The Interior Training Plan for Prime Minister (PMIS) has announced an extension of the deadline for submitting applications, which is scheduled to be closed now on April 15, 2025. This extension provides ambitious trainees an opportunity to secure a position in one of the 500 best companies in India, which provides practical exposure to professional work environments. This plan, which unveiled the Minister of Finance Nermalla Sitaramann in the Federation’s budget 2024-25, aims to enhance the profession prospects for youth by providing practical experience in various industries. The applicants initially had until March 31, 2025 to submit their requests, but this extension allows additional participation.

PMIS participants are qualified to obtain an internal training for 12 months, during which they will receive a monthly salary of 5,000 rupees. The salary structure includes a direct payment of 500 rupees from the employer, and stops attending, performing and behavior. After that, the government of India will transport 4,500 rupees directly to the bank account associated with Aadhaar. Moreover, the trainees will receive a single -time grant of 6000 rupees upon registration. This financial assistance is designed to support the trainees because they are gaining experience in the industry.

The eligibility criteria for the scheme include an Indian citizen between the ages of 21 and 24 by the deadline for applications. Applicants should not participate in a full -time work or education; However, to participate in online or remote learning programs. Candidates must complete at least a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications such as a diploma or a certificate in areas such as BA, BSC, BCA, BCA, BBA, BPHARMA and others. The selection process started on April 1, as applicants advised to monitor their mobile devices, information panels and email messages regularly to obtain updates.
