The United States Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of Maryland’s man, who was accidentally deported to the famous Silvaor.

The Trump administration has admitted that Kilmar Abrago Garcia had been deported by chance, but it appealed the minimum court order to return it to the United States.

On Thursday, in the ruling of 9-0, the Supreme Court refused to prevent the minimum court order.

The judge’s order “requires the government to” facilitate “the release of Abigo Garcia from reservation in El Salvador and to ensure the treatment of his case as if he was not incorrectly sent,” the judges spent.

Mr. Garcia, the 29 -year -old, entered the United States illegally as a teenager of El Salvador. In 2019, he was arrested with three other men in Maryland and was detained by federal immigration authorities.

But the immigration judge granted him the protection from deportation on the basis that he may be at risk of persecution from local gangs in his homeland.

He is being held in Aqsa Security Prison in El Salvador, known as the CECOT Center, along with hundreds of other men that the United States has deported over the past few months due to the allegations of criminal activity and gangs.

His wife, Jennifer Vasquiz, Surah, is an American citizen and called for his release. According to what was reported, he was working as a metal worker for the sheet when he was arrested on March 12.

On April 4, Judge Paula Xinis of the Trump Administration Court of Maryland ordered “to facilitate” the return of Mr. Garcia. ”

The government said that Mr. Garcia was deported on March 15 because of an “administrative error”, although they are also claiming to be a member of the MS-13 gang, which his lawyer denies.

In the emergence of the emergency to the highest court in America, the Trump administration argued that the Maryland state judge lacks the authority to issue the order and that US officials cannot force El Salvador to return Mr. Garcia.

“The United States does not control the sovereign nation, and it cannot force El Salvador to follow a federal judge’s offer.”

He added: “The main constitution, not the courts of federal provinces, receives foreign diplomacy behavior and protecting the nation from foreign terrorists, including by implementing their removal.”

On Monday, the Supreme Court developed a temporary comment on the minimum court order while they considered the matter.
