The Sudanese army used to take full control of Khartoum nearly two years after the Civil War, crowning a week -long attack against RSF. Mark Laverne, a researcher and expert of Sudan, says that the seizure of Khartoum represents a turning point in the conflict, which clearly shows RSF’s inability to manage their severed lands.
