The English Premier League is finally scheduled to advance the semi -automatic infiltration technology for matches on the first trip, starting from April 12.
The decision comes after a long period of unpleasant tests within the league and its initial use in English football during the fifth round of the FA Cup in February.
The semi -automated technology is designed to simplify the decision -making process of narrow infiltration calls, as it is automated by the main aspects of the rule, and the assistant video assistant (VAR) in the process.
According to the Premier League, it “enhances speed, efficiency and consistency in making infiltrated decisions.”
The system was originally introduced in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, and the system has been used since then in the first division, La Liga and Champions League.
The home match in Manchester City against Crystal Palace will be the first English Premier League match.
This system aims to reduce human self by replacing some decisions officers with automatic technology.

Artificial intelligence oversees the entire process, and analyzes the movement of the ball and the player to determine the infiltration sites.
Then VAR officials review the system to confirm the accuracy before the referees’ decision in the field, who reach the players.
In addition, 3D revival will be created by artificial intelligence on television broadcasting and stadium screens to provide a clear visual representation of the fans’ decision.
