The judge allows the deportation of a Colombian graduate Mahmoud Khalil

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) described the decision as “pre -written.”

The law group said that the ruling came less than 48 hours after the “American government” was delivered to Mr. Khalil – who included only a letter from Foreign Minister Marco Rubio, who explained Mr. Khalil who did not commit a crime and was targeted only based on his speech.
