On Sunday, the Council of Ministers, Benjamin Netanyahu, approved a proposal without confidence in the public prosecutor, Galle Baharav-Marara, in the last step against officials who are considered anti-government. The move came after the prosecutor warned that Netanyahu’s attempt to dismiss Ronin is a prominent secretary of Israel. “The country is in a very profound crisis,” said Nougat Tarnopolski of France 24, adding that the Israeli government, while threatening to disobey the Supreme Court, is ready to retract some cases.
