ARNE SLOT, Liverpool coach, believes that Trent Alexander-Arnold has been marginalized by a comprehensive injury that caused the restart of whispers around his future.

Alexander Arnold has not played ankle injury during the UEFA Champions League match with Paris Saint -Germain on March 11.

During his forced absence, he reported that he agreed to personal conditions with Real Madrid before transferring free transportation to Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season.

Slot believes that it is not a coincidence that speculation gains traction when England was marginalized.

He said: “Unfortunately, he is an injury, otherwise people may likely talk about him that he had a offer or two wonderful offers for the England team. But he was wounded, and this means that he is completely focused on his recovery, and this means that we are trying to help him return as soon as possible.”

Alexander-Arnold is one of three main players in Liverpool whose deals end in June, alongside Mohamed Salah and Virgil Van Dick.

Slot has done a great job in keeping the focus on the field and Liverpool will go to Derby tomorrow night with Everton, at least nine points at the top of the Premier League.

It was: “We have never focused on these conversations, we have always focused on what we have to do.

“For Virgil and Mou, who is trying to win Mercyside deer, and for the limit in Trent, which makes sure of his ability to get fit as quickly as possible.

“It is an eight -month situation so far, and all of these three players have performed well under these circumstances so that it does not affect me at all.

“I think there was little noise about our loss against Paris Saint Ferman and we lost against Newcastle as well. I always try to be rational. I felt frustrated more than the final (English Cup as a foreign language), because I think we deserve to lose that. For the first time we deserve to lose a football match.”

Nine next finals to Liverpool

International comfort allowed Liverpool to reset after the defeats to Paris Saint -Germain, and Newcastle and Slot say they are determined to finish the season strongly.

“We are all looking for the next nine matches (in the Premier League),” he said. “The players are looking for a freshness, in my opinion.

“But it was not negative. We played permanently against Newcastle team very good and we played a very good match in the defeat of Paris Saint -Germain. We played the best game, in my opinion, but unfortunately it lost it on the shows.

“It will now be nine finals. These games are very important for us, starting with Everton. Not only because they are Derby Mercyside but because we are in a good league position.”
