Officials say at least four people died and two missing after an explosion in a mine in northern Spain.
The explosion occurred in the Cerredo mine in Degaña, ASTURIAS, about 450 km (278 miles) northwest of Madrid around 09:30 local time (08:30 BST).
Local emergency services said it was called for a “problem with a machine” in the mine.
At least three others were injured and searched for missing workers. Ambulances, firefighting and rescue services were sent to the scene.
The Mining Brigade also published the dog unit.
The injured were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez sent his condolences to the families of the victims.
