The European Union is late for Trump’s tariff – with the “negotiating” blocs time with their American partners.

Von der Layen said that with this delay, the committee’s goal is to “obtain the balance of the correct products, which reflects the interests of our producers, our exporters, and our consumer, and of course, to the minimum possible negative impact on our economy.”
