The best 8K TVs for 2025: Why don’t we recommend any 8K TVs

A few years after the major companies of television manufacturers made large promises of about 8,000 TV devices, almost all of them either a continuous embroidery from previous years or a full 8K decrease. The failed promise of 8k

This is because most films and TV programs were historically captured in the film. Without going too far from a rabbit hole and in general, the 35 mm movie has more details than it is possible to capture it with HD and is often similar to what you can get with 4K. This is a very wide statement, but for our purposes, the biggest issue is that the same thing cannot be said about 8,000.

Certainly, the negatives may look 35 mm, and the largest negatives are likely to be 70 mm for a few large budget films, better in 8K for 4K, but this is only a small part of the total number of movies and TV programs. While many shows and films now use at least 4K cameras, almost nothing uses 8K. Even products that use cameras higher than 4K are rarely released, if any, this high -resolution content. It is 4K at best.

The other issue is where will you get 8K content, even if more available? The main broadcasting services are prepared for 4K and in theory, it can provide 8K content on specific devices (again, chicken and the environment). Where do 8k TVs go?

We know that they can make 8K as they did. The problem with 8K is the lack of content. There is very little from any company (well, unlike Sony), which can do this about it. Without 8K content, as we mentioned, there is a very small point for 8K TV.

This will not be a big problem if the TVs are the same price or cheaper than its 4K counterparts. However, they are usually more expensive, and they only lead to good or worse like some of its competitors. Since the accuracy is only one side of the image quality and not one of the most importantly, this makes 8K an expensive feature that you cannot really use.

So for 2025, we do not recommend any 8K TVs. If the prices drop, the 8K content is widely available, or there is some main and unexpected shift, perhaps we will do in the future.
