The Bank of England has warned that the markets would carry another “sharp correction” even after the sharp sales that led to Donald Trump’s announcement of the comprehensive definitions last week.
The Central Bank officials said on Wednesday that “the possibility of negative events” has increased and the open economy in the United Kingdom in particular is exposed to turmoil in the financial market resulting from Trump’s commercial war.
“The global risk environment has deteriorated, and the uncertainty may intensify … BiThe Capital Policy Committee said after its separation meeting.
He added that “the risk of acute infection that is operating has increased due to global developments” and that “the main shift in the nature and global trading arrangements may harm financial stability by pressing growth.”
