In response, a ATP spokesman PAT news agency told: “We are aware of an additional judicial order that PTPA is looking for and refute its assurances.

“In the heart of ATP is our commitment to players. Since this is a legal issue now, we have no other comment.”

Among the PTPA complaints are the suppression of competition between the championships, which it says reduce the prize money, the Draconian arrangement system, a non -sustainable schedule and a financial exploitation of the players.
