“This is not only about innovation,” said Jin. “This is national security. If we are six months after China, we may never catch.”
Trump made a backup copy of his pushing to a solid policy, including a 10 % blanket tariff on all imports and a 125 % sharp tariff on Chinese goods, which were announced only last week.
