Sudan, semi -military, kills at least 100 people in the Darfur attack, the United Nations says news

The United Nations official did not specify relief workers, but the Federation of Doctors in Sudan said in a statement that six medical workers with the International Relief Group were killed when the hospital was subjected to Zamamzam on Friday.

Relief International confirmed the death of its nine workers, saying that they were killed in a “targeted attack on all health infrastructure in the region”, including the group clinic. Zamzam and Abu Shouk are among the five regions in Sudan where famine was discovered by classifying integrated food security, IPC, a global monitoring group. The war created the largest humanitarian crisis in the world, facing about 25 million people – half of Sudan’s population – severe hunger.
