The Constitutional Court of South Korea, Han Dac Soo, canceled the overthrow of the country’s constitutional court on Monday, Local media reported.
The verdict is expected to pave the way for Han to become a prosecutor, and this position was taken from the Minister of Finance and the current acting president, Choi Sang Mok.
The Prime Minister was isolated by the opposition Democratic Party in December, After he refused it To appoint three judges in the Constitutional Court, which was looking to isolate President Yun Suk Yol, shortly after imposing martial law.
Finance Minister Choi, who held the position of Acting President from Han, later appointed two of the three judges.
The South Korean media reported that Han’s isolation was rejected in a 5-1 vote by the eight court judges, while two judges refused the entire proposal.
