I was comfortable last week to do some long horse riding. But after a particularly difficult trip last Wednesday, my sweat erupted again, this time on the left side. For a few days, keep me awake at night because I could not find a sleeping position without severe pain that radiates the lower legs. Fortunately after a few days of rest and not riding horse, she calmed down enough until last Saturday, I was able to sleep. On Saturday, I made some bicycles in the arm, and since then, I managed to take the ride easily for 30 minutes, without any pain indicating the bottom of the leg. So I think inflammation is decreased and that the sciatic nerve is not pressed much. I also do all the Labor Party that I know to open the area. During the next few days, I will continue to intensify my ride slowly and easily. I know that the training from the previous experience may take up to two weeks to take this easily. This episode was a good timing because it was very rainy here recently, so I did not miss fate by reducing my ride.
Fortunately, several months have passed since the last seizure of this. I intend to maintain average daily training to 90 minutes or less to avoid another recurrence. It was drifted more than two hours last week when it hit the relapse. I will also try to do better in PT time to enhance muscles that settle on the thigh and the lower area.
