Fighting

• Ukrainian officials said that the Russian bombing of Carkif, the second largest city in Ukraine, was wounded and damaged to kindergarten homes.

• Ukrainian President Folodimir Zelinski said that Russian forces fired more than 1,000 drones in this country during the past week.

• Olier Senhopov, the ruler of the Kharkiv region, said that the missile attack late Sunday on the city of Kobansk had been wounded and demolished more than 10 houses and a local cemetery.

• The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the air defense units destroyed 66 Ukrainian drones overnight, almost all of them were shot down on the areas of Biangsk and Kaloga.

• The Russian Ministry of Defense also said that its forces “liberated” the village of Zaborisvia in the eastern Donetsk area, which is located several miles from the borders of the central Dnipropters area in Ukraine.
