Russia holds “terrorism” responsible for the sinking of a cargo ship off the Spanish coast and the loss of its two crew

Two crew members were missing after a cargo ship belonging to a company affiliated with the Russian Ministry of Defense sank off the coast of Spain, in what Russian authorities described, on Wednesday, as a “terrorist act,” without providing evidence to support this claim. The Ursa Major, which is subject to US sanctions, was sailing from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok.
