Russia arrests an Uzbek suspected of killing a general with chemical weapons

Russia said it arrested a suspect on Wednesday who admitted planting the bomb that killed Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov outside his building. The Uzbekistani suspect said he was acting on orders from Ukraine.
