The talks between the United States, Ukraine and European officials stumbled to end Russia’s war in Ukraine on Wednesday when US Secretary of State Marco Rubio suddenly abolished his trip to London.

Rubio prompted not to offer a broader meeting to foreign ministers from Ukraine, Britain, France and Germany, although the talks continued at a lower level. The United States will now be represented by its Ukraine envoy, General Keith Keel.

The reducing the talks came amid a unmanned killer attack in the Ukrainian city of Marhanitz early on Wednesday. Kiev officials said a Russian drone hit a bus, killing nine people and wounding about 50.

The bus is displayed on a dirt road in what appears to be a rural road. He was stopped, and many people stand near him.

Ukraine President Zelenskyy said that the bus transport workers in a mining and treatment factory.

Zelinski said on X.

The Air Force Kiev said that Russia fired a total of 134 drones at targets in Ukraine all night. There was no immediate comment from Russia.

It is said that the position of the Crimea is an attached point

On the diplomatic front, Rubio spoke to British Foreign Secretary David Lami late on Tuesday and said he was looking to reschedule his journey in the coming months after “technical meetings” on Wednesday.

Rubio and US President Donald Trump warned late last week that Washington could stay away from the talks that included Ukraine and Russia if there is no progress in a deal soon.

Speaking upon his arrival in London with foreign ministers and defense, Ukrainian presidential adviser Andre Yermak said the talks will focus on ways to achieve a full and unconditional ceasefire as a first step for peace.

“Despite everything, we will work for peace,” he said on social media.

The meeting is a follow -up to a similar session in Paris last week, where we discussed US and European officials to move forward and tight.

During these talks, Trump’s special envoy Steve Wittouf presented a paper for the participants who clarify the proposals in which Ukraine will need in particular, but also Russia to make concessions, according to three diplomats in the talks.

Multiple sources said that some Washington’s proposals were unacceptable to European countries and Kiev. French Foreign Minister Jean -Nula Barrot said on Tuesday that the Europeans had detailed to the United States what they consider as not negotiable aspects of a possible peace agreement.

Rubio said last week that the American framework suggested by Witkev in Paris was a fan.

But the sources said that among the American proposals is the recognition of the illegal annexation of Russia of the Crimea Peninsula, a step that was not asking for Europe and Ukraine.

Ukraine and the Europeans will also need to accept the reality of Russia’s control of 20 percent of Ukraine. In addition, NATO membership in Ukraine will be excluded and the United States will start lifting sanctions against Russia.

Diplomats said that the London talks were aiming to work to bridge differences and find areas that could satisfy Moscow and open serious negotiations.

In addition to the Crimea, other main adhesion points, including the promotion of Russia to lift the European Union sanctions against it before the completion of the negotiations, which Europe strongly opposes.

Last week, Washington proposed the establishment of a neutral zone at the nuclear power plant in Zaburizia, Ukraine, which is occupied by Russian, according to European diplomats. Zelinski said on Tuesday that he would be ready for partnership with the United States to restart the factory.

Putin tells the production of weapons, but he wants more

It is also possible that some Washington’s ideas will be disturbed by Moscow. Two diplomats said that the United States does not pay a Russian request to remove the mine of Ukraine and has not opposed a European force as part of the future security guarantees of Ukraine.

Analysts say: Watch L Putin uses compliments, but stalling tactics can frustrate us.

Is Putin Trump playing peace in Ukraine?

While the United States is trying to push Ukraine towards a ceasefire, Russia appears to be heading in the opposite direction. TERENCE MCKENNA from CBC is looking into the latest movements and why some believe that Vladimir Putin may try to manipulate Donald Trump through his billionaire real estate colleague.

Witkoff was not part of the London conversations. But on Washington’s parallel path for diplomacy with Moscow, he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin this week in Russia, the White House said.

Putin indicated comments on Wednesday that Russia intends to increase military production in the fourth year of its war in Ukraine, and even holds talks about the possibility of ending the conflict.

Putin told a meeting of the governmental military industrial committee that almost all defense companies had received their orders completely last year.
