Review Traeger Woodridge Pro: Smoking without fear

I also wanted to call one strangeness I noticed in the test, which is that dogs look very attracted to the large handle on Woodridge control panel. I pressed three different dogs that came to my house during smoking sessions with their noses, and perhaps because of a mixture of the smell of meat and seeing others touching them. They will not be able to operate the grill, but they can tamper with you while determining the temperature if they are harmful or curious like me.

Smoke

Coming from the world of propane, the size of the Woodridge Pro truly hit me. You can easily smoke pork stomachs with full size at the same time, and I hope to be soon. As was the case, the usual costco pork belly carries half of the smoker, which is more than enough to feed some friends and have food residue.

It cannot be easier. Set the temperature, keep the jumping full, and everything else is managed automatically. Instead of anxiety about holes, fan speeds or fuel, I usually hang out in the backyard, accomplish some works, play with the dog, and focus on meat.

I found myself more willing to do all the additional steps that make the meal really great. I am dealing early and get a lips recipes from friends, and make pickled onions instead of buying them. Things that look simple but may be easy to overcome if you feel laziness. Knowing that I have a delicious part of meat on a smoker that motivates me to go to an additional mile.

As a result, I created or contributed to some of my best meals over the past two months, and I gathered my friends together to enjoy them. We ate taco sandwiches in pork coated in a delicious and spicy rubbing by my neighbor, juicy pork slices with external Cuba sandwiches on homemade fruchia. Between, I enjoyed luxury residue such as fried rice, smoked egg salad, and simple sandwiches. More than just a grill, Woodridge became part of my kitchen and cooking routine more quickly and smoothly than I imagined.
