French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Voludimir Zellinski spoke to the press in Paris on Wednesday, before a security meeting on Ukraine, which will bring together 30 European leaders who seek to create security guarantees for Ukraine under a possible truce for the United States. Macron, who announced that France would send two billion dollars as aid to Ukraine, warned of “the desire of the war in Russia”, while Zelinski Zelinski said he expects “strong decisions” from Thursday’s meeting: “Now it is not the time to reduce pressure on Russia or weaken our unity for peace.”
