Dr. Kalvin Alaanim shown explains how to sell UK jobs to foreign citizens

Employment agents who fear foreign nationals who are applying to work in the UK care sector by BBC Secret Filming.

One of the rogue factors is a Nichi physician for NHS in the field of psychiatry.

The Ministry of the Interior has admitted that the system is open to abuse, but achieving the BBC World service shows the clear ease through which these agents can deceive people, avoid detection, and continue to profit.

Our secret photography reveals the tactics of agents, including:

  • The sale of jobs illegally in the care companies in the United Kingdom
  • Putting fake salary lists to hide that some jobs are not present
  • Moving from care to other sectors, such as construction, which also faces employee deficiency

Reports have increased on immigration fraud since a government visa plan – originally designed to allow foreign medical professionals in the United Kingdom – was expanded in 2022 to include care workers.

To apply for the visa, candidates must first obtain a “COS) Certificate (COS) from an employer in the United Kingdom licensed by the Ministry of Interior. It is the need for Cos documents that are exploited by rogue transport agents.

“The volume of exploitation under the health and care visa is important,” says Dura Olivia Vikol, CEO of the Labor Rights Center, a charitable institution that helps immigrants and deprived persons in the United Kingdom to reach justice in the United Kingdom.

“I think it has turned into a national crisis.”

She says that there are “inherent methodology” in the care system, because it “puts the employer in a position with incredible power” and has “enabled this predatory market for brokers to mushrooms.”

The BBC has sent two secret journalists to deal with the UK transport agents.

One of them met Dr. Kelvin Alaneim, a Nigerian doctor and founder, professional, based in Harlo, Esix.

His website explains that his work is “Launchpad for Global Opportunities that meet the needs of African youth,” claiming that she has 9800 “happy customers.”

Believing that the secret BBC journalist was well associated with the UK care sector, Dr. Alanmee tried to recruit it to become an agent in his work, saying he would be very profitable.

“I just get care homes. I can make you a millionaire,” he said.

As a possible commercial partner, our journalists were given an unprecedented vision on how immigration customers are working by agents like Dr. Alanme. Dr. Alaneim said that he would pay 2000 pounds (2600 dollars) for every vacancy in the care house that she was able to buy, and a committee offered 500 pounds ($ 650) at the forefront.

Then he said that he would sell vacancies to Nigeria candidates.

Imposing fees on candidates to obtain an illegal job in the United Kingdom.

“They (the candidates) are not supposed to pay because they are free. They must be free,” he said.

“They pay because they know it is likely the only way.”

The BBC began investigating after a series of online complaints about his transportation services.

The praise – from southeast Nigeria and in the mid -thirties – was one of those who complained, claiming that he paid Dr. Alaneim more than 10,000 pounds ($ 13,000) for a job in the United Kingdom. He says he was told that he will work with a care company called Care, based in Clautton On C. Only when he arrived, he realized that the job did not exist.

He praised a Nigerian man in the mid-thirties, wearing a black hat, a sea coat, and a black scarf in the sea at Clacton-on-Sea.

Al -Hamad says that he paid Dr. Alaneim more than 10,000 pounds for a job in the United Kingdom

He says: “If I knew that there was no job, I wouldn’t come here.” “At least at home in Nigeria, if you are broken, I can find my sister or my father and eat free food. It is not the same here. You will feel hungry.”

Al -Madih says that he sent care efficiency and Dr. Alanim for several months, and asks when he can start working. Despite the promises of help from Dr. Alanim, the job has never been fulfilled. Almost a year later, he found a position with another care provider ready to take care of him to stay in the United Kingdom.

Our investigation was found that efficiency of the care used – on average – 16 people in 2022, and 152 in 2023. However, a message sent from the Ministry of Interior to the company dated May 2023 – and was seen by the BBC – that it issued 1,234 Care certificates for foreign workers between March 2022 and May 2023.

CARE Care Care Licer was canceled in July 2023. The care company is no longer able to employ from abroad, but it continues to work.

The BBC told that it refuted the claim of the prosecution that she colluded with Dr. Alaanim. She believed that she legally recruited employees from Nigeria and other countries. It has challenged the annulment of the Ministry of Interior’s license to take care of its sponsorship, and the issue is now in court.

In another meeting that was secretly photographed, Dr. Alanieme shared a more sophisticated fraud that includes care documents for jobs that did not exist.

He said that the “feature” having Cos is not related to the job “is that you can choose any city you want.”

He told us: “You can go to Glasgow. You can stay in London. You can live anywhere.”

This is not true. If the immigrant arrives in the United Kingdom with a health and care visa and did not work in the role that has been appointed, their visa can be canceled and the deportation risk.

In secret photography, Dr. Alanieme also described how to prepare a fake salary lists to hide the fact that the jobs are not real.

“This (the path of money) is what the government needs to see,” he said.

Dr. Alaneim told the BBC that he strongly denied that the services provided by Careoredu were a fraud or that it was a recruitment agency or provided jobs in cash. He said that his company has only provided legitimate services, adding that the praise provided to him was transferred to an employee to transfer residency and training. He said he offered to be praise in finding another employer for free.

The BBC also carried out a secret photography with the UK’s last employment agent, Nana Akoasi Ajimangum, after many people told BBC that they gathered tens of thousands of pounds to work for workers’ care for their friends and family, who faded, they did not exist.

They said that some of the care certificates given to them by Ajmang – Berbi, may have turned out to be fake – the symmetrical copies of the real Cos issued by the care companies.

This woman says that she provided friends and family to Mr. Akoasi Ajimiang Barkbi, who collectively paid 35,000 pounds against Cos, which turned out to be fake

We have discovered that Mr. Ageemang -Prempeh has begun to provide COS for jobs in the UK in construction – another industry that allows employers to recruit foreign workers. He was able to create his construction company and obtain a care license from the Ministry of Interior.

The journalist, who is pretending as UK and UK’s businessman to bring Ugandan construction workers to join him, Mr. Ageemang-Prempeh if this is possible.

He answered that it was – at a price of 42,000 pounds ($ 54,000) for three people.

Mr. Ageemang -Prempeh told us that he moved to construction because the rules are “tightened” in the care sector – and the prosecutors were looking forward to other industries.

“People are now turning.”

UK Employment Agency, Nana Akoasi Ajimiang Bourabbeh, installed it in the construction sector

More than 470 licenses in the UK’s care sector were canceled by the government between July 2022 and December 2024. These licensed shepherds were responsible for employing more than 39,000 medical professionals and care workers from October 2020.

Mr. Ageemang-PREMPEH later requested a paid batch for care certificates, which the BBC did not make.

The Ministry of Interior has now canceled its care license. The defense of Mr. Ajang Berbet, when the BBC defied it, was that he was deceived by other agents and did not realize that he was selling fake Cos documents.

In a statement to the BBC, the Ministry of Interior said that “strong new measures against shameful employers who misuse the visa system” and will prohibit “companies that flutter employment laws in the United Kingdom from the care of foreign workers.”

BBC investigations have already revealed similar visa fraud Targeting people in Kerala, IndiaAnd International students who live in the United Kingdom Those who want to work in the care sector.

In November 2024, the government It announced compensation for the “rogue” employers who employ workers from abroad. In addition, from April 9, sponsorship will be in England Required to prioritize international care workers already in the United Kingdom Before employment from the outside.
