The social media user recently participated in his ordeal after placing him on the PBA Plan (PIP) only 5 months after joining a new company.

The employee was placed on the PIP because they refused to work on weekends and papers. He claims that the employee’s manager expects them to work on Sunday to fulfill the narrow final dates.

The employee narrated that when they returned to the office, their manager was very cold and far. “By the time of the evening, I received a call from human resources that my performance was suburb and that I had been placed in Pep.”
