Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation was established in 1946 and produces, operations and distribution of fresh, frozen and value chicken products to retailers, distributors and food services companies. It exports chicken products to about 120 countries, and manages a vertical integrated business model. This means that PPC controls almost all its commercial operations, from raising livestock to the distribution of final products.
