The Pakistani army said on Sunday that the security forces killed 54 fighters who tried to cross the country from Afghanistan overnight. The rebels were seen and killed near the former Pakistan stronghold, the Taliban near northern Waziristan, an area in the northwestern Khyberbuchbukhunu Province along the Afghan border.
