These partners are part of Nvidia’s growing roster and are rolling out the next generation of highly automated autonomous vehicle fleets. Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, made the announcements in his opening keynote at Consumer Electronics Show 2025.
Nvidia announced today that these companies have joined the roster of global mobility leaders developing and building their consumer and commercial vehicle fleets on Nvidia’s accelerated compute and artificial intelligence.
Toyota, the world’s largest automaker, will build next-generation vehicles on the high-performance, automotive-grade Nvidia Drive AGX Orin system (SoC), which runs the safety-certified Nvidia DriveOS operating system. These vehicles will provide advanced and functionally safe driving assistance capabilities.

A majority of automakers, truck and robotaxi makers, autonomous delivery vehicle companies, tier-one suppliers and mobility startups are developing the Nvidia Drive AGX platform and technologies. With cutting-edge platforms spanning from training in the cloud to simulation to in-vehicle computing, Nvidia’s automotive vertical business is expected to grow to nearly $5 billion in financial terms.

Aurora, Continental and Nvidia also announced this week a long-term strategic partnership to deploy self-driving trucks at scale, powered by Nvidia Drive. Nvidia’s accelerated DriveOS operating system will be integrated into Aurora Driver, an SAE Level 4 autonomous driving system that Continental plans to manufacture in large quantities in 2027.

Other mobility companies adopting Nvidia Drive accelerated computing for next-generation advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous vehicle roadmaps include BYD, JLR, Li Auto, Lucid, Mercedes-Benz, NIO, Nuro, Rivian, Volvo Cars, Waabi, Wayve, Xiaomi and ZEEKR. Zoox and many more.
Nvidia offers three core computing systems and AI software essential for end-to-end autonomous vehicle development. One is the Nvidia Drive computer inside the car to process sensor data in real time. The other two are Nvidia DGX systems for training AI models and software suites, and the Nvidia Omniverse platform that runs on Nvidia OVX systems for testing and validating autonomous driving systems in simulation.
