“No betrayal”: Ukraine breathe a sigh of relief after Trump’s conversations Russia-Ukraine, news war

Kyiv, Ukraine – Russia launched 145 drones and six missiles in Ukraine on Tuesday, just minutes after US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, ended his phone conversation.

Ukrainian officials said the attacks were launched from six sites in western Russia, and targeted 45 drones alone.

However, they said that although the strikes were harmed by a civil infrastructure, they did not kill or wound anyone.

The next step – suspending air attacks – will be useful for Ukraine because Russia launches thousands of drones, dozens of ballistic missiles and cruises throughout the country every month.

Impact, however, will be more psychological than the process.
