“As a mother, you communicate with your child … as soon as you discover that you are pregnant, and your body changes, it is tangible. For parents, it is a little different … when the father loses a child through abortion, I did not have the opportunity to communicate with our child in this way, but that moment was, as it was sad, as it was, to communicate.”

Valal also participated in the difference between his initial separation during the Natalie’s pregnancy with their daughter’s river now, and the deep contact he feels today.
