NATO will “strengthen its military presence in the Baltic Sea” as the Estonian navy began patrolling an undersea cable supplying power from Finland, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said on Friday. A different cable was disconnected from the power grid on Christmas Day in what Finnish authorities suspect was a case of deliberate sabotage.
