Fourteen months after intimidating health that shook up to the most difficult founder in the world, Zerodha presented the participation in its Zerod Natheen Kamt, a honest update on the recovery journey. Kamat is famous for his disciplined lifestyle and his commitment to fitness, still working on his way to return after a moderate stroke in January 2024.
“My body has almost returned to normal, and my mind is about 85 %. My writing has not improved at all. Perhaps because I do not practice enough. My speech, well … about 85 %,” participated in a modern publication on X, and setting quiet and continuous challenges behind his return to nature.
Kamath first revealed a stroke in February 2024, six weeks after it occurred. He wrote at the time: “About 6 weeks ago, I was hit by a moderate stroke of blue. My father dies, poor sleep, dread, dehydration, and excessive work – that is, one of these reasons may be possible.”
Early symptoms were unambiguous – a fair deterioration, the inability to read or write, and moments of mental fog. Over time, they reduced them. He said: “I have moved from the great indication of the face and the inability to read or write to simple inference, but the ability to read and write more.
Doctors have a stroke to a mixture of risk factors: emotional stress from his father’s death, sleep patterns, excessive exercises, dehydration, and massive physical exhaustion. Together, these conditions were created for stroke – a blockage of blood flow to the brain.
Even Kahath, who has long defended fitness and discipline, admitted that he brought it out. “I wondered why a person could be affected by fit and take care of himself. The doctor said that you need to know when you need to transform the gears a little. A little broken, but still gets the number of mill.”
