A Bengaluru customer, who placed an order on Blinkit while in hospital, praised the express delivery service for prioritizing his order immediately, even without a specific order of urgency.
Sanjit Sahu, Product Manager at Groww, shared his heartfelt experience with X, appreciating Blinkit’s thoughtful service. “My heart goes out to whoever thought to make this better, thanks Plinkett,” he wrote. Sahoo also posted a screenshot of his order, which included a notification from the app saying: “We have prioritized your order! We noticed that your order is from the hospital. Sending you and your loved ones our warmest wishes.”
This act of kindness resonated with many and received widespread praise.
