Multan Sultans owner mocks PCB as PSL franchises risk losing players to IPL

Multan Sultans owner Ali Jehangir Tareen made a malicious dig at the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) while answering a question about the upcoming season of the Pakistan Super League.

The 10th edition of the Indian Premier League will clash with the Indian Premier League (IPL) this year. The two leagues will face each other for the first time. The PSL is usually held in the February-March window. However, the PCB had to change the window for this year due to the Champions Trophy, scheduled to be played from February 19.

As a result, the PSL is scheduled to be played in April and May this year. According to reports, PCB is now trying to sign some well-known foreign players who were not sold in the IPL 2025 mega auction.
