The police say that a number of people were injured and injured in Vancouver after he led a driver to a crowd of people at the Filipino Street Festival in the West Canadian city.
The police said that the accident occurred shortly after 8:00 pm on Saturday (0300 GMT on Sunday) at the city’s sunset in the Fraser neighborhood, and the driver was detained.
“I was shocked and deeply saddened by the horrific accident at the day of Abu Labu today,” said the mayor of Vancouver Ken Sim.
The festival celebrates a Filipino leader to combat colonialism since the sixteenth century.
“Our ideas with all the affected people and with the Filipino Vancouver community during this unfinterput in this time,” Sim wrote.
