LYFT to buy the Taxi Free app for $ 200 million to expand in Europe

We have a horseback company Lift On Wednesday, it announced that it is buying European taxi application for free now in a 175 million euros deal ($ 199 million).

Founded in 2009, the name Mytaxi, Free Now is a ride platform in Hamburg, Germany. The company has been jointly owned by German car giants BMW and Mercedes-Benz since 2019.

The application is available in more than 150 cities in nine countries, including Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany and France. Besides traditional taxi and riding services, free Now provides other mobility options including cycling, E-MOPEDS and electronic bikes.
