“Sometimes negative sounds, they lead me more than positive sounds,” Von said. “I use all of this as fuel. It prompted me to some difficult times this year. I knew I could do this.
“When I crossed the finish line, there is a lot of relief to be the place that I know can be and silence a lot of negative sounds that were just surrounding me, as it seems, throughout the season. It was just a nice wondering sign to put it in this season.”
On Friday, von spoke about her goal to compete in 2026 Olympic Games In Courtina, Italy.
“These Olympic Games, all I really wanted to do,” she told Associated Press. “Cortina is one of my favorite places, so this is the carrot that was hanging in front of me.
“Once this is over, I can return to skiing on some powder and play tennis and live the life that I have been living in the past six years.”

Vonn is the last medal in Pyeongchang 2018 games in South Korea. She has 82 World Cup victory in her career and three Olympic medals, with two bronzes of gold.

Von said on Sunday that he intends to rest for a few weeks before heading to Europe for more tests.
