Three young children – including one with cancer – were deported to Honduras alongside their mothers last week, according to the calling groups and families’ lawyers.

A child’s family lawyer said that a four -year -old child with cancer in the fourth stage was sent without medication.

Tom Human, the border from Donald Trump, said the mothers had taken the option to remove them with the children of citizens with them. “The birth of an American citizen does not make you fortified from our laws,” he said, adding that mothers in the United States illegally.

Trump faced a violent reaction during his first term to the policy of separating thousands of children from their parents.

On Friday, immigration and customs enforcement officials (ICE) in New Orleans said that the fronts and three children are between two or four or seven years to Honduras from Louisiana, according to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in a statement.

“The two families, including one mother, have lived in the United States for years and were deported from the United States under very disturbing circumstances that raise serious concerns about legal procedures,” said Security Civil Liberties Union.

The Dawa Group claimed that one of the removed American citizens suffering from metastatic cancer and was deported without being able to consult with doctors, the invitation group claimed.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference on Monday morning, Human said that the deportation of families together was better than their separation.

“We keep families together,” he said. “What we did is to remove children with their mothers who asked children to leave with them. There is a parent’s decision.”

Human refused to use the word “deportation” to describe the removal of children from the country.

“They have not been deported. We are not sending American citizens. Their fathers made this decision, not the United States government,” he said.

Last week, a federal judge said he had a “strong doubt” that one of the children who were deported to Honduras, a two -year -old citizen, was sent away “there is no meaningful operation.”

The child born in Louisiana and her family members were arrested at a routine date in a migration office in New Orleans on April 22, according to court documents.

“The judge was legal procedures,” Human said, adding that the two -year -old mother had had due legal procedures at the expense of the great taxpayers and an immigration judge ordered her after these sessions, so she had due legal procedures. “

A hearing in the May 19 case of the government is scheduled to address whether the family has given due legal procedures.

The US Civil Liberties Union said: “The second family was arrested on April 24, when ICE refused to respond to the requests of their lawyers and family members to contact them,” the US Civil Liberties Union said.

White House press secretary Caroline Levitte on Monday described the procedures for enforcing migration in the administration during the first 100 days.

Levitte said that Trump will sign two new executive requests as part of the immigration campaign against immigration, including one who directed officials to publish a list of places set by the administration as “a haven cities.”

The term “Sanctury City” was common in the United States for more than a decade to describe places that limit their help in federal immigration authorities. Since it is not a legal term, cities have taken different curricula, some policies in law and others simply changing police practices.

Levitt also described a raid for immigration in a “underground” nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on Sunday, saying that officials had detained more than 100 undocumented immigrants and seized weapons and drugs.

The Drug Enforcement Administration wrote in a post on X that 114 migrants were arrested and put “on buses for treatment and deportation in the end.”

Thousands of illegal immigrants have been arrested since Donald Trump returned to the White House on January 20.
