Because, more than two years ago, when I worked in President Donald Trump’s first state as director of the National Economic Council, I was part of the Chinese trade team.

We had no end meetings with our Chinese counterparts – when I learned that they were impossible.

But the Chinese began to ignore the so -called commercial deal for the second stage, on the basis that Kovid stopped everything.
