In a video obtained by TMZRichards, 56, Melnkamb, 43, and a group of friends wandering in one of the lives of Insino, California, on Wednesday, April 9, when an anonymous person was angry at the group.
At one point, the mysterious woman – who was walking multiple dogs – took off her scarf and started approaching Richards.
