Kathy Griffin mocks Kim Kardashian’s “Santa Baby” video.

The controversial clip showed the comedian imitating Kardashian by trying to crawl on the floor, as the reality TV star did in her video singing “Santa Baby.”

Kathy Griffin has also been embroiled in a divorce battle with her estranged husband, Randy Peck, and recently admitted that their split is “kicking me.”

Griffin sparked anger from fans for posting a video parody of Kim Kardashian’s “Santa Baby” video.

The controversial comedian wore tight black underwear and dark heeled shoes in the clip that she shared on her Facebook page. She can be seen walking down a well-lit hallway before hitting the ground to begin mocking Kardashian.

Griffin then jokingly encouraged herself, saying, “I can do this.” When she hit the ground, she tried hard to crawl like a Kardashian, saying, “Santa baby, get dressed…”

Also in the clip, Griffin admitted that “it hurts” and joked that she was “getting angry” before the video ended.

For the video’s caption, the comedian wrote: “I’m wearing this to my New Year’s Eve show. Just deal with it. #64SexyAndSingle.”

Griffin’s parody left many fans and netizens confused when they took to the comments section of her post to slam her over the controversial clip.

“What a tragic mess! Desperate to get someone to notice her again that she would post something (like) this, plus I don’t understand it. Having to listen to her as I write this comment is unbearable,” one person wrote.

Another said Griffin “isn’t very funny, never has been. Who the hell gave her the title of comedian????”

“It’s sad to be so old and still feel the need to beg for attention,” a third Facebook user wrote, while another added that they think Griffin “needs to see a psychiatrist!”

Another user wrote: “Tough pass. I’d rather endure the double hemorrhoid surgery.”

Meanwhile, some fans seemed to like Griffin’s video and praised her efforts in it.

“I love her sense of humor in telling stories. She has a great personality,” one fan said. Another wrote: “For a 64 year old she looks and moves great! Go girl!”

Griffin’s clip comes after Kardashian faced heavy criticism for what fans described as “weird” and “disturbing” in the birthday song.

Two days before Christmas, the “KUWTK” alum shared a home video on her Instagram account, where she can be seen crawling on her hands and knees wearing a blonde wig.

Wearing a blue shirt and beige pants that revealed her underwear, she crawled next to a donkey next to the Virgin Mary, Jesus raiding the refrigerator, and a woman trimming a Christmas tree on her way to Santa Claus.

When she finally reached Santa, she ran her fingers down his legs before the camera panned to reveal “Home Alone” star Macaulay Culkin dressed as Father Christmas.

The clip led to “confusion” among many fans, with one describing it as “disturbing” and “ridiculous,” especially since the reality TV star “claims to be a Christian.”

Griffin recently admitted in an interview with Page six Her divorce from her estranged husband, Randy Beck, was challenging for her.

“Divorce is what bothers me mentally,” she said. “I thought I was going to be with this man forever. I’m sad, I admit it.”

She added: “I didn’t think I would be alone at this stage of the game, but this falls on me. I think it’s clear that I have to take full responsibility.”

Griffin and Beck started dating in 2011 but broke up for the first time in 2018. They eventually reconciled in 2019 and married on New Year’s Day the following year.

However, the Emmy winner filed for divorce from Peck in December 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
